But guess what? I finished it before the 45 minute time cap and did my best! I really thought about the feeling of ACCOMPLISHMENT when I got home. I was sorta on a high and got wondering if there are people who never feel it. The high, the pride of accomplishing a task. It also made me think about the value of WORK. I'm very lucky to have a body that has the ability to run, jump, lift. I hope everyone will set even a small goal to reach so they can have the high.
