Last Sunday, I got a call from my Nan (grandma) that my brother had been in an accident and is being life flighted. IT WAS SO SCARY! He was on the outside of Duchesne working in the field when something snapped, hit him on the head, knocked him out , then made him fall off, landing on the pokey stairs leaving his skull fractured and bleeding out his ear.(he was unconcious for 5 minutes) The Roosevelt hospital thought his brain was bleeding so the bleeding would cause swelling of the brain and could cause death. JD and I drove to Roosevelt and got to see him before he flew off. By the time my brother got to University of Utah, he was fortunate enought to not need surgery. They monitored him for 4 days, making sure no brain damage was present. He's so lucky. He's home and resting...
